Since co-founding Pacific Cornerstone Architects (PCA) in 1994, Tim has staked his reputation on tenaciously seeing projects through the intricate and sometimes challenging agency-review process. He has overseen and coordinated over 4 million square feet of projects throughout San Diego County—ranging from simple tenant improvements to large-scale technical Build-to suit facilities.
As principal for Pacific Cornerstone Architects, Tim takes pride in his focus and hands-on commitment to a project from start to finish. There is no detail too small to capture his attention – he is readily available and responsive to the design and construction team members from kick-off meeting to opening day and beyond. It is his goal to thoroughly understand the design and service needs of both client and end-use and provide expert, clearly defined solutions to meet those goals.
